We ship worldwide from the UK. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs & Customs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

• You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Process

• Once your return is approved, send the item back to the return address.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of posting).

• Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Digital Products

Due to their nature, digital downloads and digital products are non-refundable once the file has been sent or downloaded.
